Actually a good service experience.

Well, I took a couple of days off, compiled a list of issues, and headed down to the local dealership yesterday. I wanted a new driver's side fog lamp (moisture). I also asked them to flash the PCM, check out what felt like occasional slipping in the tranny, check out the vibe at 60-65mph, and evaluate the occasional shimmy when braking. This is what they did:

1. Replaced the driving light
2. Flashed the PCM
3. Replaced the two front rotors (I knew there was a TSB from this site, but didn't mention it...they service manager told about it today too)
4. Their transmission guy drove the truck for several miles and told the manager there was definitely something not right in first gear. He's going to look at the OD too (check on the vibe...it only happens in OD).
They are going to give me a car when I bring it back, because they said it would take a few days.

Overall, these guys were super polite and nice. Best service experience ever for any brand to date.
