With all the bad experiences that get posted I felt like I needed to post this... I bought both my truck and my Stang from Lewis Ford in Fayetteville, AR... Very pleased both times, granted I bought them both from my a long time buddy of mine. Well, my buddy no longer works, there, and not long after I got the Stang the prongs that hold the dome light bulb in broke. I didn't worry about it much since I really don't like dome lights. I usually replace them with a dim LED, just enought to see, but no be obvious...

Well, I stopped by Springdale Ford (owned by Lewis) and talked to service guy about my light. Now, I know this is no high dollar part, but they could have just as easily blown me off, but the guy was very nice, very professional, and said I they would call me next week when my new light comes in...

I just get tired of hearing so many horror stories about dealerships... If you're in the NW AR area I recommend Lewis Ford/Chrysler of Fayetteville or Springdale Ford... just that my buddy no longer works there...
