Las vegas nightmare dealer situation
Waiting to get my3rd 5.4 engine in my F150 it was stolen on the dealer lot since they left the keys in the ignition. Severe damage to front end after truck was found. Dealer would not pay for damages insisted Iuse my insurance. After 2 weeks w/o a truck, my insurance had work repaired at another Ford dealer in town. Now 8 months later front control arms which were replaced are loose at frame an CANNOT be tightened. Supposedly Ineed a new frame? or major welding. Looking for similar situation or counsel to get this resolved.
Hey guze,
I would definately call customer service at one of the main offices at Ford and if that didn't help.... take them to court! That's just irresponsible and they should be liable for everything that they've done and what you've gone through. It doesn't make any sense for a dealership to be "that" careless and not step up to the plate!
You should give them dealerships name, that made these bogus statements to you.
I've never heard of such candid and unexceptable statements before. You need to let the dealership know that you're not messing around anymore. Report them and tell them you're willing to take this matter to court!
If you ask me, I think they should give you a new truck (depending on the year). If not, an incredible deal on a new one!
Hope things work out and best of luck. Sorry to hear about your situation. Welcome aboard, this is a great site!
