Hey everone lets try this.
Everyone post the dealers that they bought from or used for service as a new topic.
I am happy with my purchase from Ben Satcher Ford through www.autobytel.com.
I bought mine $50.00 over invoice.
I haven't had my truck long enough to know about service.

I bought my truck from Eastgate Ford in Hamilton, Ontario. My uncle has bought 2 Explorer's and his F150 from Eastgate, My father has leased 2 minivan's and bought his F150 from Eastgate and I leased my Taurus and bought my F150 at Eastgate. Both my father and I bought are trucks from Rick Lawless, who actually works in the used car department.
We've all gotten good prices and great service from the sales department. But I've had a few problems with the service department. First they don't have courtesy cars, they get you a rental from a place next door (rental place is owned by Eastgate). My biggest problem is because I am under 25, I'm not covered under the general insurance policy of the rental car, so they try to hit my up for $16 per day for insurance on the car. I was a little PO'd because of this making light of the fact that I am old enough to own a new vehicle and have it insured, but Eastgate service says "It's policy" that they do not pay for insurance for me. If I think the service work is going to take longer than the day to do, I take my truck to Erinwood Ford in Mississauga for service because they have courtesy cars.
I'm quite impressed with Erinwood Ford's service department. I was having problems with the tranny in my Taurus and the service manager and I went for a spin, he drove, but the problem didn't show up. Instead of saying it was fine he left me take him for a spin and try to get it to happen, well it happened. He made some notes on my driving style as well as the problem and had the tranny guy fix everything up so despite my driving style it wouldn't break again.
