I had a horrible experience with Lamarque Ford in Kenner LA. I bought my truck there and got a great deal, but the service is poor. I brought my truck in for its 6,000 mile oil change and SIMPLE tire rotation. 5 miles after I picked it up my right rear tire was one lug nut from falling off. They apparently forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I had it towed to them and they had to replace my rim and lugs. The best part is they did not even offer to refund the initial money I put up for the tire rotation. Soon after they received a letter from my attorney. Anyone had simlar problems?
