Can anybody recommend a dealership in the Cleveland area with a service dept. that's not utilizing service advisors / service managers who are worthless?
I can't get this somewhat nickle & dime issue fixed and have gotten the run around at three dealerships. It seemed that the second and third dealerships almost resented the fact that I came to them after the first dealership couldn't get it right.
It's pitiful. If anyone of them would fix it (still under warr. 12k miles) I'd just go away happily but no I got to come here out of desperation.
This clown (service advisor) yesterday reaked of alcohol in the morning; later asked me if I'd give him all "A's" if they sent a survey; then proceded to question whether there was really a problem with the vehicle.
The worst part about owning a Ford is having to return to the dealership for service.
