Look what the dealer did to my truck!
I took my truck into the dealership that I bought my truck from, to get a rhino liner installed, since I financed the liner with the truck. When I went to go and pick my truck up this is what damage I saw on my truck.

Yeah Friday night I had one of the dealership guys write a statement, stating that there was damage done to my truck before I left the dealership. Right now I am waiting for them to get ahold of Rhino Liner people to see if the damage was done before or after the liner was put in. My salesman, who is very nice, well at least right now, told me that if the dealership didn't call me by noon tomorrow, then to call the owner of the dealership up. He did however say that a couple of people we looking into to it, and that the higherups are investigating the situation. He also said that a couple of people already asked him if the damage was there when the truck was sold, HA HA HA, me and my wife went over the entire truck and pointed out each scratch and dimple that was on the vehicle, so right now thats what saved my ***. Will keep an update on this. If anyone has any suggestions on what or how I need to get the bumper replaced, at no cost to me, if the dealership starts playing games, then please reply.
Sorry but for some stupid reason, which is probably my own, I can't get the images to come up in my thread, I swear I'm doing the right tags around the address. Any help for this problem too?

What do you mean? I saw it about 15-20 ft. away. The dent is about 3 inches long, but there is some caving in all around the dent to. Sorry these pics were at night, I do need to take some pics during the day.

Update on the dealer Issue
So I have been on the phone yesterday and today, getting the run-a-round, so I finally called the guy that can make the final decision, as they said. I called up Tim Sweeney, of Walt Sweeney Ford Dealership and he said that he had to find out what was going on with there side of the story, like he had never heard of the situation. Even though I got conformation from my salesman that he indeed had a talk with a couple of people yesterday about the whole issue. He also stated to me that the Ford Dealership was not responsible for my vehicle, even though it was on his property. I stated that made no sense, it was like he was trying to tell me that I would have to pay for the damage. I asked him if he had insurance, and that they would pay for it. He came back and said that dealerships didn't have to have insurance, and there were not liable for any vehicle on their property. So now my issue is that the owner or real big shot of this dealership in Cincinnati, Ohio is lying to me about not needing insurance ontop of giving me the run-a-round so they can try and wiggle out of paying for the damage done. If anyone knows what I can do, please reply to give me some more ideas. All I got right now is to keep calling up this guy and the other 2 or 3 people I've been talking to until they break, ha ha ha which I'm up for the fight.
It's your turn to bat. My suggestion:
Write a letter, stating all the facts as clearly as you can (make sure you use spell-checker) and send it to the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles, along with any work orders, etc, that you have. Verbal communications usually mean nothing in a case like this.Ask the department to get involved on your behalf. All dealers are regulated by the State. I would also add that they said they don't have, or are not required to have insurance. (What a lie that is) Send it registered/return receipt requested. I guarantee this will get their attention.
I would also suggest sending copies (not certified) to the Better Business Bureau, The Chamber of Commerce in the town you live in and the State Attorney's Office. While you're at it, send copies to at least 2 local newspapers for the letters to the editor column. And last but not least, a copy to Ford Corporate Headquarters. The dealer will hate the bad publicity. This should get results......let me know what happens please.

Another Update
Today I won a battle, but not the war. Today I was called and told that they would give me a check for $175, thats right you read it correct. They said they shopped around and that was a fare price. I asked if they were a Ford dealership, and and if they are worked on Ford vehicles and they saw yes on both accounts. So I finally told them that since they could tell if the damage was done before or during installation of the Rhino Liner, I would get signed statements from all of my co-workers and from my fiance and her sister that were there when I dropped the vehicle off and who were with me when I picked the vehicle and go from there. Well I have never heard someone change there story in about .5 seconds, he stated that I could have a new bumper put on my vehicle this Friday at 2 p.m. So yes I have written a letter to the Ford Motor Company at there online site, and also am writing a letter to mail into the Ford Motor Company. I thank you very much FC26 for your help in trying to let this dealership know that they have *******ed with the wrong person. I will indeed send the letter to the other places that you stated. Once again thanks alot for all the help. I am so pissed off but at the same time I am happy that they folded. HA HA HA. Don't get between me and my new baby (my truck).
good job !!!!
as an afterthought, be there for the installation if possible. Make sure they are putting a "NEW" bumper on, not one they got from the junkyard.
Also, when it is finished, a nice, Thank you letter to the owner of the dealership will go a long way in your favor. You never know when you might need something from them again.
Again, CONGRATULATIONS------
ps: post copies of your correspondence here if you don't mind. Might give others some guidance in what to write. Thanks.

Wow - I could have told you not to go to Walt Sweeney ; they aren't very good. My dad had the rear end replaced in his excursion; they didn't torq spec anything; so a thousand miles over warranty it failed ... morons.
Anywho- I use Woody Sander Ford ; Exit 6 off I-75. Talk to John Wellen... he's a cool cat that doesn't screw around... just tells it how it is.
Let us know how the new bumper looks!
Congrats on the win!

PWR_WHLS, I hear you on Woody Sander Ford, I have talk to the parts guy there by the name of Jamie Heck he gave me a printout out the diagram of the rear bumper and all the parts that they should replace, and he also gave me a form that was a estimate for the things they should replace and how much it would be. My fiance has been going there for almost 2 years now and has never complained what so ever about the service there.
Update!!!
Well today around 9:30 a.m. I got a call from the dealership stating that they rear bumper wouldn't be in until late tomorrow after my 2:00p.m. appointment, so I call the parts department and they stated that they indeed had the rear bumper in stock. So I called the guy back Don Smith, and told him that, so he put me on hold for about 3 or 4 minutes, and then came back and stated that Tim Sweeney told the part was is, but on Friday they were totally backed up and they couldn't work on my vehicle until Monday, so again I made another appointment at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. I then called the customer service number for the Ford Motor Company and talked to them for an hour or so, saying who did I have to talk to get my vehicle worked on at 2:00 p.m. on Friday like I had originally had been told. A long story short noone could tell the dealership to fix my truck and all they had to say was to keep working with the dealership, since they had already stated that they would fix the truck. Once again I stated to them that I have been working with the dealership for 4 or 5 days now and all I have gotten was lies and them saying they would fix the truck only after I had threatened to take legal action. I even tried to ask them if I could take my vehicle to another dealership to get it fixed, but they stated that I couldn't do that because each dealership is individually owned. So once again I will have to wait till Monday, to probably find out that there still swamped.

Well I finally got my bumper replaced after about 2 months of complaining and irritating the dealership. Well about a week ago I wa washing my truck and noticed that my rear bumper that was just replaced about 3 months ago, has rust spots on it. So now I have realized that they replaced my bumper with an aftermarket bumper, since they were paying for it. My question is what do I do? Should I CALL them up and complain again, to get it replaced again? I feel if I do this, then it would be more than likely that I would just get another aftermarket bumper again. The other option, that I am considering, is to go to Woody Sander Ford Dealership. My fiance has bought and had her car serviced there for the last 2 years, and she has had no problem whatsoever with them. If you guys say go there, then should I tell them about this whole issue? And also if I do this, would I then be expected to pay for the bumper replacement, since another dealership put an aftermarket bumper on it? Any info. would be great. If I could, I would reallylike to get this issue resolved, without going to the original dealership from hell, Walt Sweeney Ford Dealership!!!
