Got the chip installed in the new truck, nice to have it back!

Thanks a LOT for the excellent service and time on the phone. The story: No programming for my code in the new 250. Wanted to get my chip reburned, was in my 150. Instead of having to send in my ECU, they sent me a progrmmer to download the stock program into. Sent it back, a few days later, my reburned chip showed-up, custom programming and all.

They left the line pressure increase out of the program because I have the Factory_Tech valve body, but left all the other good stuff in. The truck shifts even better with the chip, the valve body made the shifts much quicker and the Superchip removed the rest of the soft shift programing, WOW! It jumps when shifting at WOT, nice crisp shifts at partial throttle.

I immediatly noticed improved bottom end, revs great.

Thanks for your post, that's very kind of you to say.

We now have the ability to take care of those situations like yours where the customer has a brand new reflash code, the occasional "oddball" extremely rare codes that Ford sometimes never releases to the aftermarket, without the customer having to send in their PCM. Having that ability makes all the difference in the world, & we're just happy that it all worked out for you.
