Thumbs up Mike T.

Hi Mike, although I was not able to speak to you directly, your assistant took fantastic care of me while she took my order. I dealt with you Mike in the past when I had my Lightning and was impressed with your knowlege and willingness to help.

The Micro Tuner is a real piece of work, Superchips gets a big thumbs up from me! Very intuitive to use with excellent results. I especially like the ability to customize the trans shift/pressure settings. (a pet peeve of mine in stock form)

I highly recommend this tuner if you aren't doing heavy mods, it put a huge smile on my face with customer service second to none!!!

Hi Lightning Kid,

Thanks for letting us know our staff took good care of you, & sorry I wasn't available to take your call at that time. I spend most of my time with the phone glued to my ear, or at the installation shop.

Everyone here owns at least 1 of these F-150's, so all our people are familiar with them and can help with the basic bolt-ons, etc., and even the ladies here at Performance have to be able to install the Superchip in the late-model F-150!

The Micro Tuner is a neat piece indeed, having the ability to control the shift points and shift firmness for each individual 1-2, 2-3 & 3-34 upshift is something a lot of people are enjoying. The fact that it is also an OBD-II code scanner as well makes it an even better value.

Glad you're enjoying your Micro Tuner & thanks for your post!
