Anytime you want to communicate with us in any kind of timely manner you'll need to call us, email will *never* be the best way or any kind of quick way to communicate with us because of the many emails we get every day. It's usually going to take at least a week and maybe longer to get a response in email, so you need to call if you want to communicate with us quickly.

Yes, please do feel free to call us anytime so we can help you quicker, answer any questions you may have, etc. Actually, I was at our installation shop all day today, so you may have already called but I was out, as I did have a few phone messages from SVT owners when I got back in late. If one of them was you, I will return that call tomorrow (Wednesday).
We'll of course get to any email you sent us as quickly as we can, but be prepared for about a week or so response time. Sometimes we get caught up due to a lighter email load & it's only a day or two, but right now it's averaging about a week, & thanks for your understanding!

You're right, we do get asked a lot of the same questions, but it's part of the territory, as there are always people who are in the early stages of the process of making their decisions on modifications, performance levels, etc. We're happy to take the time to talk with you about all of that.
