Mike Troyer foundation supporter????
Mike Troyer,
I thought I had read something more than several months ago that a portion of sales from an organization that you own or work with or work for, donates these funds to some type of foundations or charities. Is this true? I think I even commented on it a while back. I think that it also stated something to the effect that, this organization was not a true "for-profit" organization and that this organization was only concerned about meeting costs and generating funding for these foundations and or charities. Does any of this sound familar and apply to you and or an entity that you know? Just wondering.

Hi Iron Horse,
That hasn't come up in quite awhile, but is mentioned in the opening paragraph of our online ordering system.
Yes, we do donate profits to charity, we've done that for years. My wife & I do a lot of charity work & provide financial support for the charities we work with. And no, it's not for the tax write-off before anyone asks, only 10% of your profits can be deducted as donations to to charity in corporate tax returns.
We don't talk much about that here, this really isn't the place of course. We do make a brief mention of it in our online ordering system as it is a important part of who we are as people & what we're about, but that's it. We prefer to just let it stay where it belongs, but thanks for asking!

That is incredible!!!!!!
Of course as always you are correct. However, it seems that, if members knew of your charity work and how proceeds from sales go to these charities, they may be more inclined to click your banner, which would mean more help for whomever you assist.
It seems that whenever people on these boards begin to get erratic in their postings and or "flame" each other, you appear to remain very professional.
If I can ever get my Magna/Allen supercharger installed, I will definitely be giving your organization a call for other items. Thanks.
