Can you get a chip like this???

I have been debating like crazy about a chip but my only standoff is having to run 91 octane. So, here's my question...

Can you get a chip and still run 87 octane but have a program to correct for 33" tires and fix the less than ideal shifting characteristics of the transmission. Or, if this is all I'm after, should I just get a shift kit?

For example, what are the performance gains on the 87/91 flip chips on the 87 side of the program?

Hi Galaxy,

Yes, we can easily do that, just give us a call and we can do just about anything you want in the Superchip.

The raw power gains on 87 octane are small, on the order of usually about 5 horsepower, sometimes as much as 8 more horsepower. You would also still have all the other benefits, improved shifting in the automatics, removal of various delays & retards in both manuals & automatics, etc., so you'll still notice that the powertrain is more responsive even with a program for 87 octane, though the raw power gain is not large.

Give us a call & we can go over all of this with you if you like......................
