Our official hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 10 am to 7 pm Eastern time. If you need to reach me personally, between about 3:30 and 5:30 each afternoon can be tough, as we're usually in production during those hours, but any other time is fine.
We also have 24 hr. voicemail in case someone needs Tech Support over the weekend, or just wants us to call them back the next busienss day, etc. Tech Support calls are returned even over the weekend, though we're not officially open.
You can actually call us anytime & just leave us a clear mesage with your hame & number if it's after hours, & we'll be happy to return your call. If it's a Tech Support call, that will be returned over the weekend, the next time we check messages. If it's not a Tech Support call, we'll return your call the next business day.
