Found the problem....IAC was bad..i figured that out by myself after research. Seems somebody went to alot of trouble modding my engine for no reason..you will know whom I'm referring to.
The KB manifold was changed...breathing more air..added a 85mm accufab...90 mm MAF...reamed the fenderwall to 5"...added water/methanol injection... dynowed well over 325 WITHOUT A CHIP.
Going back ..having a 1" spacer put below the manifold for even more air... KB is now at 13.5lbs still with the 3.25" pulley.

You're cutting some new ground there with your setup, it's really pushing the realm of "custom" in certain aspects, and that tends to add additional complication and even sometimes some outright guessing when chasing a problem. But hey, that's what makes it stand apart and so much fun, at least, to me.
We'll work on these issues we discussed today, and see if we can't get this taken care of for you.
