Hi Soap,
You'll have to forgive me, as I have no idea who you are, so I couldn't tell you if I got an email from you or not. Remember, a screen name of "Soap," or someone named "Joe" doesn't tell me anything about who you are. We have been in business for many years and thus we have *hundreds* of customers named "Joe," for example, just as we have hundreds of Johns, Mikes, Georges, etc.
So my apologies, but with that little info I just don't have any way of knowing if I got an email from you or if it's been responded to. Same thing happens in email by the way, if someone doesn't include their first & last name and vehicle info so we can look them up in our files, then we can't respond with specific info.
I can tell you that if it was a lengthy email, then you will get a response that tells you to call us, as we just do not have time for lengthy emails with the hundreds of emails we get daily, & thanks in advance for your understanding on that.
Email or online (in other words, the written word) is not the best way to communicate with us about anything detailed, or to ask us numerous questions, or the way to communicate with us in a timely manner, just so you'll know. We get hundreds of emails a day, and so we do not have the time to type out detailed individual replies, it's just not possible. So anytime you want to communicate with us about anything detailed, lengthy, or quickly, it's always best to call, and that way I can spend time with you going over what you want to know properly.

In looking at your last post, it seems to indicate that you may have called and I was out, perhaps? If so, I don't have any message from anyone named Joe to return the call, just so you'll know, in looking over my messages on my desk.
I'm happy to return your call if I happen to be out of the office when you call, so please don't hesitate to leave me a messge with one of our staff or to leave us a voicemail if you call after hours. Every once in awhile, we'll lose a message, it doesn't happen often, it;s very rare in fact, but it's only fair to mention that this has happened on occasion when I see a post that tends to imply not beign able to reach me, so if you left me a message and haven't gotten a return call from me, give us a quick call when you get a chance, please. I hope I haven't missed a message from you!
Just so you'll know in case it might be applicable, on Friday (tomorrow, June 14th) I am taking off for an overnight out-of-town trip, a friend's father is dying and I need to get there to pay my last respects. I'll be back on Saturday.
