Just look on the link on any of Mikes postings and it will tell you on the order form. I think its anywhere from 10-25 depending on reg ground, 2 day or overnight shipping that you choose.

That is done so as to keep these message boards free of tons of posts just like that, to keep the boards free of what is considered blatant commerical content, just so you'll know.
