Off the top of my head, at the moment I can't tell you if we got it or not, or if we have responded or not, but given that it's a holiday weekend, we probably just haven't seen it yet, as we took a day off.

Just so you'll know, we do email once per day, Monday thru Friday. If you sent us an email after about 10am on Friday, then it has not yet been seen, as we took a day off yesterday for the Memorial Day holiday.

In general, email isn't the way to communicate with us if you need quick communications. You'll generally have about a 2-day response time, and it can be 3 to sometimes as long as 4 days if it's a holiday weekend like this one was, it just depends on our email volume, which is usually heavy.

If you need to communicate with us about something right away, please just give us a quick call at our number listed below. Otherwise, we'll get a response to your email out to you just as quickly as we can, & thanks for your understanding!
