Thanks for your post. I went and looked at the thread, looks like (as usual) a few people didn't like how much quicker you ran with the Superchip as supplied by us.

One point that is important is that anytime you increase the boost level as you have with the pulley and the intake, it needs to be tuned for, otherwise you could be running too lean and taking chances.

In looking at your times comparisons, it's obvious that while the Superchip was quickest in every category, from 60 ft. times to 1/8 mile times to the full 1/4 mile time, it was in the second half of the 1/4 mile where the Superchip really kicked butt and showed most of it's ET superiority compared to your other chip. That is a very obvious demonstration of more raw horsepower, plain and simple.

It's pretty common for the Superchip to knock a half-second off your 1/4 mile times even in the Lightning, we've had some that knocked off as much as 8 tenths in a Lightning with the Superchip.

I would suggest getting with us ASAP to have us redo your R9 Superchip with the custom tuning it should have for your boost increase, and then get it to a chassis dyno for A/F fine tuning if you want the biggest *safe* power you can make with yuour configuration.
