HI!... A SUPERCHIP will reduce your 1/4 miles times NOT increase it. My chip reduced my 1/4 mile E.T from 16.01E.T to 15.38E.T. Usually it will drop about 3 tenths on most vehicles I've seen.
I'm considering the parachute mod to increase my 1/4 times. If all goes well I should easily break into the mid 20s

The Superchip knocks anywhere from a low of 3 tenths to as much as over a full second off your 0-60 and 1/4 mile times in these vehicles, which is why it's the #1 most cost-effective modification and so popular. The average improvement in 0-60 and 1/4 mile times is about a half-second.
The improvements vary based on your exact configuration, weight, gearing, etc., but are always worthwhile, as nothing else will give you the performance improvement of the Superchip for it's price.
