Hi NEOF150,

Welcome to F-150 Online!

Yes, we do make the Superchip for every engine ever offered in the F-150, and many other vehicles as well.

The 4.2 V-6 is a great engine, it actually has a nice horsepower output stock, over 200, but is weak below 2500 rpm and certainly has some room for improvement everywhere else.

The Superchip for the 4.2 V-6 F-150 has a maximum potential power gain of 25 horsepower and 31 lbs./ft. of torque, SAE Net at the flywheel. In round numbers, think of the Superchip as a 10%-12% power gainer, which is an excellent result for it's very low cost.

The Superchip isn't going to feel like a supercharger, it's just the easiest & cheapest way to get a 10% power gain. If you have an automatic transmission, it will also clean up & firm up the shift characteristics as well. The Superchip also removes the top speed limiter in most of these vehicles, so if you ever drive at 100 mph or more, you'll want to make sure your tires are rated for those kinds of speeds, as many of the factory tires are not.

If you would like to go over this in more detail, please feel free to give us a call, our contact info is listed below.

To place your order for the Superchip, you can call us if you like, or you can take advantage of our online ordering system if you prefer, the link to take you there is also just below, in our signature line.

Good luck with your V-6 F-150, & we hope you'll hang out here with us on F-150 Online in your spare time!
