Cool

Hey Peter,

I'm in Canada too, and run 94 Sunnoco gas
all the time when my chip is in..
big difference from that gas to another brand..
Pioneer is another good gas station.. they run 93,
in fact Pioneer is the same company as Sunnoco.

Have yourself a good one.

Hi Tweaker Where do you buy your performance parts? I live in the Toronto area. Iwas thinking of buying a chip. It seems that everyone on f-150 online uses the superchip. Which one do you have and was it purchased online or locally?

I live in Calgary and I have a few questions. I'm thinking about ordering a superchip but I was wondering will I have to run high octane fuel with it? If so, what type? I don't know for sure if we have a sunnoco here.. if we do I haven't seen it yet =) What does the flip chip do?

Thanks

Hello Everyone,

Here are some answers to a number of the questions that have beeen asked in this thread:

1.) Yes, Sunoco's Ultra 94 octane premium is generally a good high octane fuel.

2.) The Superchip requires the use of good quality premium gas, 91 thru 94 octane.

3.) The Flip Chip is our 2-program Superchip Flip Chip to be specific, and it's a type of Superchip that allows you to have 2 different programs available at the flip of it's switch. This is typically used for those who want to have a dual octane setup (the ability to run on either 87 octane or premium gas), or by those who have major modifications that require custom programming, as the price of the Flip Chip includes the cost of any custom programming needed at time of purchase.

Have a good weekend!
