Prior to purchasing my Flipchip from Mike, which was based on his knowledge of my vehicle, custom code available, and posted 1st class customer service(which I can now attest to), I phoned Superchips and they provided me with a local vendor.

I suspect a call to Superchips would get you that information; however, I cannot imagine giving my business to anyone else. I called Mike last week regarding his chip and performance enhancements in general. The man knows whereof he speaks. He spoke with me on improvements I had already made as well as what to do in the future to gain the most horsepower for the least dollars. He spoke with me for about 10 minutes not knowing whether I would buy anything from him.

I did buy a chip from him, and I thank him for his time.

Browse these posts and see what other dealers or manufacturers are willing to hand out free advice.

I was a skeptic, but the Mike did right by me.

I did talk to Mike three times. We talked about what I wanted to do and he gave me some great advice. Was going to buy magnaflow muffler, pullies, Airforce1 and Flip chip. All I needed to do was get the dimentions for the muffler since they don't make a complete cat/back system for my style truck. Called in the next day he wasn't in so I left all my info with the lady that answered the phone. Called back four times within the next 5 days so I could get it ordered, that was over two weeks ago. Got no call back. She just kept telling me that he will give me a call when he gets in. Tired of waiting so I started buying my stuff from other vendors. Last on my list is the chip. Just wanted to know if anyone ever bought there chip from someone else.

I am only one person but I have not had that kind of experiance. When I called I either talked to Anita (who can help you with many things), if Mike wasn't in, or directly with Mike. He took the time to go over things. I have delt with Performance Products on a couple of occasions and have been pleased.
I'm sorry you had this experiance. I do remember Mike saying that they have been swamped with the beginning of the race season. If you are totally turned off be the experiance, I have seen Superchips advertized in a lot of car and truck magazines, so you will no doubt be able to find one. If you would like a distrbuter who knows, and stands behind the products they sell, you might want to give Mike a try again.

Whatever you do I think you will be quite pleased with the way your truck performs!

Hi russell70,

I'm very sorry to hear that, and it sure doesn't sound right, especially not for us. We're extremely well known for many years as having some of the best customer service availalbe anywhere.

I suppose that is possible, as for about a 10 day period ending February 15th, we were swamped with getting custom programs in for everyone before the price increase deadline, and during that period of time, my personal availability was limited.

However, in no case did I not return any phone calls, everyone that left a message for me got their calls returned, every single one. There were 3 that we got no answer to, meaning the phone just rang and rang, there was no answering machine, etc. and could not reach those people as a result. There were 3 calls that I was never able to reach that person. In each case, I called several times, and never got an answer. So it's possible that you were one of those 3, and if so, my apologies. there was not 1 single person's call that I did not at least attempt to return, and more than once.

You mention that we have spoken on 3 prior occasions, and if that is the case, then surely you already know very well just how much time we spent with you & how hard we work to help everyone.

If you'd like to take advantage of the excellent service & knowledge that we are so well known for, shoot us an email or give us a call, & we'll be more than happy to bend over backwards to try and help you, and earn your business.

However, if you've decided to be PO'd & want to deal with someone else, then that is certainly your choice.

Best of luck whatever you decide,
