Ok, after hearing all you guys (and gals) talking about how great the Superchip is, I had to do it, too! Ordered it yesterday and I'm also starting to get anxious about arrival. How do you know it takes four days - because it's UPS'd? Anyway, I've been debating this purchase for a couple years now, and because of the success stories on this site, I decided to take the plunge! Like was said on the movie 'SHREK' : "I'm a donkey on the edge"!

We are going by the delivery time we chose at time of order. I picked 2nd day and its going out Mon so I should have it Wed. I should have done reg ground because being in NC and Mike in VA we are about 3 hrs away. I just wanted it to get here faster
I guess it all really depends on how good UPS gets it through their system and to you.
Like you I contemplated getting one since the week after I bought the truck in 00. Finally took the plunge on a used one with my code that looks like a deal gone bad
and may never show up. Since the price increase was in effect after Fri on a new one(Flipchip) I decided to go ahead and get it new and KNOW that it will get here.

We generally let people know their approximate delivery times if they call the order in, so that is how those people know. And in our online ordering system, it has UPS Ground, UPS Blue (2 business day delivery) and then UPS Red (standard overnight delivery during the week) available.
How long it takes for a package ordered to be shipped via UPS Ground is a matter of how far you are from us here in Virginia. For a shipment going coast-to-coast, the longest times run about 5-6 working days from the time of shipment before it arrives, for example.
Just some general info FYI.............
