Custom programming & the Flip Chip going up!
To All:
Just a quick notice to let everyone know that the cost of Superchips custom programming services, and the cost of the 2-program Superchip Flip Chip whose price includes custom programming, will increase effective with orders that are not in to us by close of business on Febuary 14th for custom programming, and by the 15th for dual-octane Flip Chips.
These prices actually were already increased by Superchips effective February 4th, however, we are holding the line of that pricing for the F-150 Online community, with the cooperation of Superchips, in order to let people know about this before we absolutely *have* to put it into effect.
Superchips has not changed their custom programming fee for many years, and because the Flip Chip includes custom programming, it too is being affected.
Because of the policies of F-150 Online that are crafted to keep what is considered blatant commercial content off these message boards (which we support!), we cannot mention exactly how much thes costs will change, so we ask that you please just give us a shout privately (and very quickly!) for that info.
We're just trying to let anyone who may be thinking of having custom programming done, or those contemplating the use of the Flip Chip, have as much advance notice as we can possibly provide so they can get in at the older pricing.
For those who need custom programming, this means we have to have a *completed* custom program worksheet **back to us** by close of business (7 PM Eastern) on February 14th in order to guarantee that we can provide the older pricing.
If anyone has any questions about this, please just give us a quick call.
