Flip Chip Question

It takes about 50 miles or so for the ECU to pick up the changes when you're flipping back and forth between the 2 programs in the dual-octane Flip Chip.
If I understand your other question correctly, sure, you can go back and forth between the 87 octane program and the premium gas program as often as you like. Just remember that you need to have the appropriate octane in the tank for the program you are running on, so you're not going to change programs without changing fuels too.
