Feed Back... If your in the Market for a Chip.
Just wanted to post a Thank You to Superchips_Distributor.
I was (Still am) New here, I just posted a few questions on a few other parts of this site as well has here in the Aftermarket > Computer Chips part. Here I was able to get FAST replies and informative replies. After deciding to go ahead and place my order, once again from Superchips_Distributor It was only a few days before my phone rang to confirm the authenticity of my order because I was having the Chip shipped directly to my Father In-Law's house (His Truck)... In an attempt to prevent Credit Card Fraud. I know of other Vendors that would not of give it a second thought and simply shipped the item. Again keeping with the TOP Notch service, I don't think it was 2 days that passed from the time my order was confirmed. Here came the UPS truck with the Chip... Not knowing much on F-150's (Import driver See Pic Below) I also e-mailed Superchips_Distributor with some questions I had. Again he was able to quickly proved me with the answers to my questions.
With in a weeks time I was able to gather the information I needed to feel comfortable that the Chip was worth the Money place my order. Have it confirmed, (Shipping issue) and have the item shipped. Great Service via E-mail and this board. (I just wish he dealt with Nissan Maxima's)

I agree. I tell every one I can. In this day and age the kind of customer service Performance Products provides is rare.
It looks like newer Maxima's there. I believe Superchips makes a chip for the '87- '94 3.0's.

You're right on the money about this web site as well, F-150 Online is a great community we have available to us all, where knowedge is shared, people are so willing to help each other and new friends are made. That's exactly why we are here, to support this great community!
As wittom was kind enough to point out in his post, we do tune a lot of the Maximas & some other Nissans (our work on the Z cars is near-legendary in some circles), but not the 1996 & up OBD-II models.
If you'd like to perhaps give us a quick call sometime, I'll be happy to give you some suggestions for those services for your Maxima.

The Intake JUST got here.!!! (Not Ordered from Mike) I guess Now I know where to go for FAST GOOD Service..!!!
My Father In-law got the two Items that were in. (Gibson & Chip) and a Pic of the Intake for X-mass. I told him when he was ready to buy other Items I had a Guy for him to deal with. Again If you are in the Market for a Chip or Other Items for your F-150... You can look as I did and I'll be honest. I found the Items for a GOOD deal.! Mike was with in $3.00 of what I paid. However, one of the Items made it here almost 2 weeks after the Chip did. I called them and asked where my intake was and they said they couldn't provide me a tracking number. All they said was it should be there by the 28th.
In Mike's personal struggles dealing with a death in his family he can still provide better service and response time than other companies.
Well all 3 items are in and now it's a matter of getting out there to do the Installs..!

We can supply the Superchip for any 1997 F-150 with any computer code. There are times when there will be a rare code that there isn't a program yet done for, but we generally have all the various codes for the 97-01's and even many of the '02's, so we can quickly have that made if it came to that.
