He was probably dropping off a poor loser after he eliminated their slow vehicle !!! Unfortunately, I wasn't out cruising last night. Went to Cobo Arena to see Rob Zombie and Ozzy Osbourne.

It might be police harrassment, but then again, it might be because they know you're a street racer & they've got your number, so they're going to nail you anytime they get a chance.
