Hey everyone,
I'm new to the board so...please go easy on me. Just had one question for Mike, I just ordered the superchip for my truck.
I went with the UPS "red order"???? Is this next day or.... what?
One more thing..... thanks to everyone who does post on this board, it's because of all of you that I finally did register and thanks for all the input on the superchip!! It really helps to read post were people know what they are talking about!!!

Just so you'll know, don't worry about us, we're a pretty friendly bunch around here.
Normally when you order us to ship it via UPS Red as you did, that usually means that you get it the next working day, if that order is placed by about 2 pm or so Eastern time, or the following business day if it was placed after about 2 pm Eastern. However, this week we were at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, and we had problems accessing both F-150 Online and the secure SSL server that stores those orders during much of this past week when we tried to retrieve orders for processing each day. We were just today able to retrieve those orders and are sending an email to the Webmaster to let him know that we had that problem (which is *very* rare here over the years, by the way).
All that means is that normally, you would already have had your Superchip by now, you should have it the next business day when you order via UPS Red as you did. Because of the problems we had in not being able to retrieve those orders when we could access the Internet from the SEMA show, your order was delayed, and should be shipping out on Monday, for overnight delivery to you on Tuesday.
Normally we would not discuss order status on the message boards, as per the policies of F-150 Online, but in this case (forgive us, Webmaster!), we knew this might be the first place you heard back form us, so we wanted to let you know ASAP. We'll be shooting you an email about this privately as well.
We're delighted to hear that you were able to take advantage of the information, advice & results here on F-150 Online, it's a great place to learn about these vehicles, what makes them go & meet some new friends!
