How long?
How long does it usually take Mike Troyer to get back to you when you e-mail him? I'm not complaining mind you, I was just wondering.

Just so you'll know, we check & respond to all email once each day, usually sometime from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. We don't retrieve that email more than once per day, but we do it every day during the week, Monday thru Friday. It is possible for someone to send us an email say, Friday afternoon, and not get a response back until after the weekend, as we don't do email on weekends, though we do drop by here on F-150 Online over the weekend.
That being said, we were about a day behind until this afternoon, as we were (and still are) doing some major computer reconfiguring around here, in preparation for the new network, etc. Though I enjoy pounding on hardware as they say in the trade, I've had enough of RAID arrays, etc. for awhile.
If you ever need to communicate with us immediately, you can always give us a quick call, otherwise just shoot us an email, and in most cases, you'll normally have a response in less than 24 hrs.
