02 F-150 5.4 no power miss firing after changing the computer (PCM)

I changed the computer after my battery blew the PCM and now the theft light is going crazy and has no power to drive down the road I live in the boonies and have no money to town it to a dealer plllzzzz help

Don't you have to program the PCM to your vin#?
