worth tuning?

worth tuning?

I have a 2009 supercrew F150. its closing in on 104k miles, s i was wondering what you all think about tuning a truck thats starting to get "old"

4.6 or 5.4

as long as you are realistic.

it is not going to run like a 5.0 or ecoboost , even with a tune.

mpg will probalby stay the same.

look for improved shifting and a slight bump in the quickness.

i would not mess with it.

It's only worth tuning if you get custom tunes. I wouldn't mess with canned tunes.

if the engine is stock all of the tunes are "canned" unless it is done on a dyno.
