93 f150 5.8 need help figuring out how to get ecm tuned
I got a 93 f150 with 5.8 and has some modifications ( cam,bigger injectors, bored 40 over, head work, cromoly push rods, rings. It won't hardly stay running it's surging and going dead. What's the best way I can get it tuned or get a tune for it.
