So i am officially in the market for an SCT programmer, because from what i understand they are just a lot more friendly to custom tunes then the Edge Evo and i am sick of trying to get someone to do a custom tune through it. So my question is, which SCT X4 model is compatible with my 2002 f150 5.4? From what im reading, the 7015 model is the correct one? But the models it fits are huge.

Here is one i found, but the applications list is sketchy. Is this correct?

Try going through some one like 5 star tuning you can buy the x4 from them and they will write some of the best custom tunes out therr for you all at once. And I believe your first 5 tunes are included in the price of the programmer

 

Vmptuning was $20 more for 3 custom tunes over just the programmer.

 

I sir, owe you a beer or 12!!! I went through Mike at 5 star tuning, ordered the x4, arrived 3 days later, that very same day, he sent me the 1st 87 custom tune, and it was damn near SPOT ON! Idle air control, fuel curves, timing, there are still a few kinks yet but he gets the full 5 stars!!! And i am absolutely loving the fact that i can send him recorded live data. This is the answer i have been looking for, for 3 years now. She screams like nothing before! Now i just have to avoid smoking the 35 inch tires off the rims lol! Thanks again!!!
