Question about my Superchip
Hi 98STXV8,
You'll be fine with a 2400 rpm stall-speed torque conveter, we normally do not need to change anything in the Superchip as long as it's a lockup torque converter.
By the way, which one did you go with, Pro Torque, Precision, etc.?
Congratulations on your TQ, that is going to make a nice difference in off-the-line performance when you nail it. In normal driving, with a 2400 rpm stall speed, it will feel pretty much like your stock converter, you really won't notice much, if any difference in normal driving, this is normally how it goes with TQ's with stall speeds in the 2400-2600 rpm range.
