I am doing the 5.4 swap in my 03 screw and am building it from the ground up. .020over with ported heads, all new internals, etc, etc. I will also be installing comp cams 102530. I am going with the xcal3 for tuning..
My question is: is there a generic tune for the 5.4 with cams, or should I just start and run it like some say. Keep in mind the break in period...
