Then you're looking in the wrong spot.
You drive a heavy vehicle don't expect good gas mileage. Its going to be a hit or miss on if you're going to get any better gas mileage.
But look into getting a good custom tune able programmer. Look into SCT, diablo, or gryphon programmers. Also looking into reputable tuners to get custom tunes. There are a few great tuners on this site.
I myself have a gryphon CS from PHP. Too bad they don't custom tune CS or CTS anymore. They do still custom tune, what they call a gryphon.

You will get more mpg from good maintenance than you will a programmer. Plugs, filters and fluid changes.
