Forgive me if this has been covered before, but, how does one setup the extra screen layouts or can they even be used? I have an ecoboost with several tunes from 5*. I haven't really messed around with tuning before so I'm pretty new to it and just want to know the most that I can with the tuner so I can get the most out of it.
