I have an edge CS that not reading my PCM, keep getting message that edge not dectects that the ignition switch is on in my truck... anyone has had that problem... edge is a brand new unit they sent me to replace one that shut off when changing a battery... thanks in advance

 

Check your cigarette lighter fuse.

 

checked fuse, is fine... the programmer turns on fine the problems is does not connect with ECU

 

did you have a tune loaded when that other one crapped out?

if you did that might be the issue and you'll need to contact edge again or go to the Ford dealer and get a reflash for 1 hours labor($80-$120)....then the new one should work
