Street and Performance Electronics Chip/Programing?
Street and Performance Electronics Chip/Programing?
Anyone had any experience with this organization or their products? Apparently they make a chip (according to the local guy--better than all the rest!!), a helix type riser for the manifold and a air intake system like K&N, etc. I would be happy if Mike T. would comment
Although I'll understand if you don't----you need an alias
Thanks, Wayne

Hi Wayne,
I can't tell you much from first-hand experience with them, according to a number of customers that have complained about them to us, they are apparently a very small operation with only 1 tech person. I do not know them personally, so I do not mean to present that as "hard fact", please understand, this is according to customers of ours who have complained rather loudly to us about extremely long hold times for Tech Support as well as other problems that caused them to give up and send their chips back to them in frustration (another one just last night) and switched over to the Superchip and are now much happier. I do not personally know the company.
I can't tell you much more about them other than the obvious points, which is that they are very new, and haven't been doing this for very long.
Obviously, there are other well-established chipmakers whose products have many enthusiastic supporters here, so it really gets down to going with an unknown, or with a product that is as well proven and raved about as the Superchip.
