ill start off by saying i have been searching, but i have not found a complete answer, many post will address the issue and then never post the resullts
Im interested in buying a edge evolution however the one i found is programmed to a truck that the guy traded in therefore it is locked. Some post say there too old to update/flash and some say it is $99 from edge and $75 from php. MY question is is the tuner useable or nothing more than a paperweight?

 

You can use it for gauges but that's about it.....so NO its not a paper weight per say...

Go the PHP route and get custom tunes also....
