Would you take this deal?
Alright I currently have a XCAL2 with two custom tunes (perf and towing). I was trying to sell it a while back to help with the purchase of a handgun to no avail (asking $200).
A guy I know just recently asked about it and want to buy it and offered up what I think is a great deal. He offered $150 PLUS a Superchips 1714 MAX Microtuner. He said he bought it only to realize its for 04 trucks only. It has 3 canned tunes on it. Said it is unlocked and ready to go
Would you do the deal. Ive never had any dealing with a tuner other than the one I have. The way I was looking at is I was selling mine. So if I sold it, id get $200 or less and truck would be stock. But If I sell it for the $150 plus tuner, I would still have a tuner to accommodate for larger tires and throttle lag (only reason I use it anyways). Then i still get close to asking price in cash to put towards new handgun.
