depends on what you mean by who's the best...

power / performance

mileage

driveability

that's up to you and your tuner, and how well you communicate with him/her/it.

Mike at fivestar or Justin @ VMP would be my first choices

Bill @ PHP would also be a good choice

I'm getting true dual straights, custom tunes should help with any torque loss right?

depends on what size of pipes you get, if you keep 2.25 inch pipes till after the cab, then go to 3 inch it'll maintain performance and still sound throaty

One question what is the best gas like 87 octane to 93 octane for performance. Like which is the best performance per price of gas

for fuel where you buy your gas has a bigger impact than octane level for me. up here in canada shell has the best quality fuel and i see a mpg and performance change vs domo or costco gas. I'm not sure where but there is a thred about top quality fuel.

for custom tunes I went with PHP and couldn't be happyer
