SCT Livewire Discontinued?

Does anyone know why the SCT Livewire is all of a sudden discontinued? I originally thought it may be due to being obsolete, but I don't see any sort of replacement for it on the SCT website. I've heard elsewhere it has to do with some sort of EPA crackdown? Tried searching but cannot find any discussion on this.

I think it was due to the itsx livewire coming out, could be wrong though. Why would the EPA have anything to say about just one tuner?

Hope SCT doesn't forget about us 9600 owners. May have to get the new one. I would imagine the tunes will still be the same.

I found the SCT Livewire still being sold, but from VMP tuning. How long have you heard of the Livewire being discontinued? Is this recent?

Go to sctflash.com they have released a new version of the livewire. I myself am about to order it once I send my iTSX back. It runs you about 600$ but its much nicer than the old livewire.
