I want to get my chip, but i am also looking at gettin new tires (presently: 275/60/17 -> 285/60/18) so my speedo is going to be off for that, and i also want to get 4.10's installed. Now, the problem is i am not sure if i will get the tires done this month, or maybe in the spring when i get back from university. SO, whats the cost of getting the chip reburned for these toys and how long does it take if i where to buy the chip now and do the tires and gears say in the spring?

With regards to pricing, we cannot quote that here on the message boards of F-150 Online, as the Webmaster here has firm policies (and good ones, that we support) regarding keeping what is considered blatant commercial content off these public boards (things like pricing, or issues that are between Vendor & customer in nature, or Tech Support, those kinds of things) , so we ask that you just shoot us a quick email for that kind of info, & we'll get it to you right away.

With regards to time frame, this year we're much quicker in custom program turn-around time here at the height of racing season compared to last year. Right now it's taking anywhere from as little as 3 days to as much as 10 days to get a custom program back, whereas last year this time it was 4-6 weeks, so it will happen pretty quickly.

Since your vehicle is a 1999 or newer model, the speedo corrections can only be done via a custom program, and we can easily do all of that for you, no problem. Just give us a quick shout & we'll be happy to go over the exact details with you, so you can decide how & when you want to do it, etc.
