Just bought a used SCT livewire from a guy locally. Looking for someone to write the basic 87 economy/performance/tow tunes for me. Just have a new muffler on the truck is the only other mod. Who can wake my little 07 4.6L up?

 

vmp or 5 star. I have an 87 performance from vmp and an 87 tow from 5 star. The performance tune makes my 4.6 jump pretty good while the tow tune is a great improvement in torque

 

Thanks for the advice. I contacted 5 Star this morning and under an hour I had a the 87 Performance tune in my email, I even gave him the wrong info and he had the tune corrected and sent back to me after business hours. I'm almost afraid to press the pedal like before. My truck jumps off the line now lol. Awesome tune from an awesome Tuner, Mike at 5 Star!

 

5Star is top notch IMHO. I had been running the same tune as you. I stepped up and got the 93 octane performance / tow tune and it has made an even bigger difference. Filled up yesterday with a little less than half of a tank. Difference in price for the fill up was $5 between 87 and 93. Just my 2 cents worth though if you had considered it.
