Bumping up timing

I've got an 87 performance tune on my Gryphon and have found a local station that sells ethanol free 90 octane gas. Can I get away with just bumping up the timing or do I need a whole new tune?

You'll be fine bumping it some. I wouldn't go more than 1.0-1.5.

I did the same thing with my vmp tune. I had a slight ping at WOT at 3700 rpm on 87 so i switched to 93 and bumped the timing up in the rpm range that wasnt pinging on the 87 and it has been runing great. I did notice that my 01 5.4 doesnt like alot of advance at lower RPMs just as a referance.
