Persistent RICH codes

I'm losing hope on this issue, I cannot get MT to communicate with me over my issue and aid me. I guess the warranty on his tuning has been off for a while. (this is an old issue, since the rebuild I've had this issue, 5 years?)

Anyway, to the important issue

I have persistent rich codes, p0172/p0175. I can clear them, reset pcm/upload tune, try new o2's and within the quarter tank I'll have a code thrown again, usually bank 2 first.
Wideband can show 14.6 for most of my drive if I'm very light on the throttle, soon as I hit boost (or thereabout) the wideband typically drops straight to 10.x, 11.x if the weather is right. Fuel injectors were serviced, flow tested within 95% of spec, fuel pressure is not spiking.

I'm in desperate need of help, I do not have a local tuner for Fords except Rods Cars and I cannot trust him after our bad blood incident over a transmission (not exactly our fault, he went to another local shop and they did the poor quality work which resulted in me seeking refund from him)

Truck info:
4.6 pcm (IMP4 process code), xcal 2 tuner for supercharged 5.4L.

It is most likely going to be in the tune.

Best bet is to get with a good tuner and get some logs to him so he can make some adjustments for you.

Tuning files are locked, so any tuner besides Mike@TP would have to start from scratch after looking at the logs, correct? Sorry its been so long since I've tried to deal with this issue I've forgotten most of what I did gather info wise.

Have you tried cleaning or replacing the maf?

Yes, I have 2 90mm OEM Maf's. Same performance with both, oddly you reminded me that I never did get a straight answer on the VRef wire for the maf. I read somewhere I was suppose to get 5v there, I do not but there is continuity from wire end to pcm plug. Even with 2 aftermarket PCM's and the OEM unit.

Thanks for the recommendation shotgunz, I'll have to find a laptop for datalogging again. But I can always shoot an email and quiz first, appreciate it!
