Will a superchip flashpaq programmer for 5.4 f150 fit 4.6 f150? Also is there is gains with it?

I had one on my 2007.5 STX SCab with the 4.6L-2V (248 hp) engine. I had an improvement in mileage and power/torque. I preferred the 87 tune.

The SuperChips website willl have gains and more info on the Flashpaq.
