Just got a pre owned SF3 from a guy who upgraded. When i go to select custom tune on the programmer the screen says error and to locate a local dealer. Any suggestions on what could cause this? or did i get the shaft and now have a tuneless programmer

Did you load a custom tune on the programmer from your pc? The custom tune has to be set up for your PCM strategy, not the previous owners.
