Updated my CTS to Gryphon

I just purchased 3 custom tunes from PHP. I got the 87 Oct Perf/ 89 Oct Perf/ and the 87 Oct tow. But something is not right.
I loaded up the tunes through the Fusion software and ran the 87 octane performance tune on my truck (yesterday) and the first time I hit the gas, I nearly ran into a parked car pulling out of my driveway. There was no way to gradually increase speed. It was like you were flooring it even at the slightest pressure on the gas pedal. Shifting was very hard and irratic. While trying to find a good place to stop, I let it coast in idle and I was going about 38-40 mph. Once I stopped and put it in park, rpm's shot up to 4500. I then returned the tuner to the Stock setting. <Whew!>
I was too scared to try the other 2 tunes.
I just let PHP know and I am sure they will be getting back to me, but has anyone ever had similar issues?

Has anyone heard from Bill at PHP? He was working on my tunes... said he had to start from scratch on rebuilding the files. I haven't heard from him in over 3 weeks...

Is there anybody else that can be recommended to tune the Edge CTS other than PHP? Their custom programs just aren't working in my F-150(pinging/detonation, high revs., very rough idle, etc.), even after going to Bill's house (his request) to get the programs fixed.

If there is another tuner out there for Edge products that forum members can recommend, I'd sure appreciate that programmer's contact information.

Thanks!

Sorry, PHP is the *ONLY* custom tuner for Edge products.

Thanks. I think there might be a Gryphon in the classifieds at a good price very soon.

I got my tunes today. Bill had to start from scratch on the files. He said there was another customer who had the same symptoms.
The tunes turned out much better. Still have a little detonation between 2300 and 3000 rpm. i will report to Bill as it sounds like there are still some fine tuning left to be done on the tunes.

I received my tunes a couple weeks ago and no problems at all on my 09. I am still getting used to them, but seems much more responsive on the 35's.
